All prices are in Canadian dollars. Taxes and transport are applicable.

Uploading Files

If you need to send us a list of names or a text for a artwork

Here is the list of accepted formats.
PDF, DOC, TXT, XLS.

For a artwork or logo

For engraving

Only Corel Draw and Illustrator files are accepted.
Always convert texts into drawings, vector or curves (outline).
All should be saved in black and white, shadows and gradients are not recommended and will be removed.

For sublimation

Corel Draw and Illustrator files are accepted.
Bitmap files (bmp, jpg, tiff, png) are also accepted on the condition of a very good quality.
Colors, shadows, and gradients are accepted.

Delivery

The usual deadlines are 3 to 14 days depending on the order and the choice of the carrier, if for a specific reason the delay is longer, we will contact you to notify. We are not taking any responsibility for transport delay or other causes such as strikes, bad weather, etc. If delivery is required for a special occasion, please indicate on your purchase order in the special instructions section when ordering.

Guarantee of the goods

We guarantee the accuracy of the engraving according to the text you send and not on a spelling error that you might have done during your order. Any damaged or incorrect merchandise can be replaced free of charge within 10 days of receipt of your order. No return will be accepted without the prior authorization of the Trophees St-Hyacinthe.

Typographical errors

We do our best to provide you with the most reliable and up-to-date information available. If an error is made on our web site, we reserve the right to correct or cancel any order. Be assured that you will be advise of any changement.

Responsibility

Trophées St-Hyacinthe cannot be held responsible in any way for direct or indirect damage of any loss of data resulting from the use or the inability to use the site. We are not responsible for the use of logos, trademarks or slogans to be engraved, these will be provided by the customer who must ensure that to have the rights or to obtain the authorization of the used .
